Frank is a consultant with over 25 years of experience in the packaging industry, working on a wide variety of projects from a simple pouch holding water to pouches that are currently orbiting above us on the International Space Station. These experiences have given Frank a high level of expertise across a wide variety of subjects from packaging design to material recommendations to testing protocols. Companies such as L’Oréal, Kraft-Mondelez, Pepperidge Farms, Moog Medical, DuPont, Dow, and Church & Dwight have trusted his teams to develop their packaging systems. - Responsible for all new business development efforts including project management, package design, material recommendations, machine trials, testing protocols, interacting with QC to complete IQ/OQ/PQ, project quoting, completing ISO paperwork, and customer communications.
- Responsible for leading new & existing projects in medical market including enteral feeding pouches, barrier pouches for API’s, E-coli testing pouches, Child Resistant flexible pouches, and outer barrier/non barrier medical device pouches. Tasks included package design, material recommendations, machine trials, testing protocols, interacting with QC to complete IQ/OQ/PQ trials, quoting and customer communications.
- Assisted the Manufacturing Team with film/pouch manufacturing issues. This included machine/material interaction observation, production QC testing, time trials, etc.
- Responsible for team that launched first existing flexible CR Pouch (Pactech patent 1994) into Colorado’s retail cannabis market in 2014. This included helping the Rocky Mountain Poison Control Board to write proper legislation that would hold retailers accountable for compliant CR packaging. Continued responsibility to bring several new iterations to market as solutions.
- Responsible for team that launched 1st Child Resistant Slider pouch into laundry pod market. Team was responsible for customer specifications, quality specifications, production scale up, visits to filler to review filling process and bring that feedback back to ProAmpac for changes to our manufacturing process.
- Internal Auditor under ISO 9001-2015.
- Attended trade shows as matter expert for the Rochester facility.

Toray Plastics (America), Inc., Strategic Account Manager – Northeast
Kingston, Rhode Island
- Responsible for leading product and business development efforts at Kraft-Mondelez, Pepperidge Farms, Mars, and Colgate. Efforts included replacing competitive products such as foil with MOPP, MPET, ALOX PET offered by Toray Plastic. Managed annual budgets in excess of $8-10 million.

Honeywell International Inc., - Application Development Engineer

- Responsible for leading customer development projects across a variety of markets including food, medical, and solar. This included material development at the plant level, travel to development partners for trials and production runs at customers.
- Led internal team that developed Dryel - Home Drying Cleaning System for Proctor & Gamble. Team was responsible for developing a recloseable/reusable nylon pouch that could be placed in a hot dryer. Development included the initial generation product that consisted of a heat resistant cast nylon film and hook & loop closure. A 2nd generation product was also developed but never implemented by customer.
- Co-led team responsible for developing a fluoropolymer film system to compete with or replace Tedlar in backing laminates of rigid solar panels. This product is currently being marketed under the name Powershield. Other responsibilities included film development, customer lamination trials, outside lab testing, and product introduction at solar shows in Europe and the US.
