- In charge of international equipment sales in North America. Responsible for the relationship and coordination between company and Sales Representatives in the different territories. Successfully re-established sales activity in Mexico. Responsible for analyzing marketplace conditions to establish product pricing and marketing plans for high-tech packaging machinery in Mexico, Puerto Rico, Central America and Canada; manage all business development activities by Rovema and its agents, including customer contacts and the development of sales presentations and quotations. Establish marketing goals and advertising budget; manage in-house marketing department and outside design agencies in the development of all sales aids and marketing collateral to support the total sales force. Responsible for the coordination of advertisement, trade shows, promotions, and press releases; develop and implement web-based marketing strategy and manage development of marketing related e- infrastructure. Developed Rovema’s new Web Page and responsible for its maintenance. Part of team launching liquid machine program and liaison between Rovema and partner company (Printpack, Inc.)

- Successfully established the company’s Trade Center. In charge of establishing strategies, budgets and cost analysis, drafting and negotiating sales proposals and manage strategic planning and budgeting. Furthermore, responsible for the coordination of projects with other companies within the Wilden group. Responsible for the day-to-day contact with customers and the sales and marketing of Smart Cards and other Wilden products. Additionally, in charge of the logistics for the smart card project (production, shipment, billing, etc.) Achieved a four fold increased sales for the smart card project (3.8 million USD for 2001). Took responsibility for sales of technical parts in March 2001.

- In charge of the start-up of Landlock de Mexico, a fish and seafood purveyor’s Mexican subsidiary. Involved in all aspects of starting operations including Division’s Business Plan. Before start of operations, focused on first contact and planning with clients, banks, plant site location, etc. A national procurement network for both domestic consumption as well as export to the United States was successfully established after start-up. Furthermore, established operations in different ports of the country for the specific development of product exports to the United States. Additionally, responsible for all administrative aspects of the company.

- Responsible for activities aimed at the start-up of Mexico City’s privatization of water operations. In charge of budgets, production forecasting and reports for board of directors. Main liaison between La Nacional and the operating company (Industrias del Agua SA, British-Mexican venture). In charge of Planning, Systems, Training and some Operation and Administration areas with responsibility for 150 staffers. Successfully started activities surpassing planned production by 35%.
